Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair and human about scheduling. Here's how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds work, so there are no surprises.
Free discovery calls
- You may reschedule a free discovery call with reasonable notice (any time before the call starts is best).
- If you miss the call without notice, please rebook through the same booking link.
Paid sessions
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session start time.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged or counted as a used session, at our discretion.
- No-shows are generally non-refundable. If something unexpected happened, please tell us and we'll consider the circumstances.
Coaching packages
- Package payments are due at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Unused sessions in a package do not currently expire. If an expiration window ever applies, we will state it clearly at the time of purchase.
- Refunds for unused sessions in a package are considered case by case. Where granted, the refund covers only the unused portion at the published per-session rate.
- Sessions already completed are not refundable.
Digital products and downloads
Digital downloads (PDFs, worksheets, templates) are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law. If something arrives broken or you didn't receive what you paid for, email us right away and we'll make it right.
How to request a refund
Email Sue@ClarityCollective.guide with your name and the email used at purchase, the date of the purchase, the service or product purchased, and a short note explaining your request.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Once issued, Stripe typically takes a few business days to return funds to your bank or card; the exact timing depends on your provider.
Exceptional circumstances
Illness, emergencies, family situations — life happens. If something truly unexpected comes up, reach out. We will consider exceptions case by case in good faith.
