Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These terms set out the rules of the road for using Clarity Collective — what we offer, what we ask of you, and how we handle the practical bits like payments and cancellations.
Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, submitting a form, booking a call, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Coaching Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
What we offer
Clarity Collective provides coaching, education, and reflective support for people working through career and life transitions. That includes career and clarity coaching, personal and professional development support, goal-setting, planning, reflection, decision support, discovery calls, and paid coaching sessions or packages.
No guaranteed outcomes
Coaching is a collaboration. We bring structure, perspective, and accountability; you bring your effort and your decisions. We do not guarantee any specific result — including a job, interview, promotion, salary increase, admission, business outcome, or life result. Results vary based on your effort, your circumstances, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
What we ask of you
- Provide accurate information when you book or fill out an intake.
- Show up to booked sessions on time, or reschedule with reasonable notice.
- Participate respectfully and honestly.
- Make your own decisions, and do your own due diligence before any career, financial, legal, medical, or educational decision.
Payments
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payment may be required before a session begins.
- Packages may have an expiration window; we will confirm it in writing at purchase.
- Failed or chargeback payments may delay or pause services until resolved.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply.
Booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details. In short: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session.
Intellectual property
The site content, worksheets, frameworks, copy, graphics, downloads, and coaching materials belong to Clarity Collective unless we say otherwise. You may use them for your own personal coaching journey. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please don't scrape the site, attempt to break it, send spam through our forms, harass anyone, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Testimonials
Any testimonials, case studies, or client quotes on the site describe an individual's experience and do not guarantee a similar result for anyone else.
Third-party links and tools
The site links to and embeds third-party services (booking, payments, email, hosting, etc.). We choose them carefully but cannot be responsible for their availability, content, or practices.
No professional advice
Coaching is not legal, financial, medical, mental-health, therapy, recruiting, HR, tax, or investment advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those questions. See our Coaching Disclaimer for the full scope.
Right to refuse or end service
We may refuse service or end a coaching relationship in cases of inappropriate conduct, nonpayment, conflict of interest, or where the service is genuinely not a good fit. Where reasonable, we'll refund unused, prepaid sessions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clarity Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless required by law to be elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
